Postage

We can post to any address nationwide within South Africa. Note that there may be restrictions on our products if requested to be shipped outside South Africa; at this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations.

Please note that we can only send a minimum of 1kg (4 x 250 grams), as to ship smaller items is simply not cost effective.

Once we have received your order, your coffee is roasted, packed and consigned to your postal address via insured parcel post.

The tracking number will be emailed to you with your confirmation of postage advice, enabling you to establish when your parcel arrives at your local post office.

Parcels can be tracked via the Post Office Tracking Service by calling 0860 111 502, and giving your tracking number.
