Roasted to perfection, and roasted a little beyond the first crack (the moment before we all start scrambling to end the roast), but not all the way to second crack. Warm brown in colour and a dry roast. Our Medium Roast achieves the perfect medium acidity and body, a 'happily' rounded flavour profile.
What we love about this roast, it preserves many of the unique flavours of the coffee’s origin, but it also begins to reach into the deep caramel sweetness of a longer roast.
The result; a well balanced, well rounded, slightly darker and sweeter coffee.
